The Rio De Janeiro Kollel was established and is led by Moria community rabbi – Rav Netanel Zippel. The Community Beit Midrash is located at Bar Ilan School and is part of the Kehilat Moria Community.

The shlichim operate in the Copacabana neighborhood in the south zone of Rio De Janeiro, the home of a large Jewish community of 50,000.
